Strategic Plan 2019 - 2024The strategic plan is designed to focus the development of the Institute on priorities determined by the EC, in consultation with the membership, each year. The plan articulates an annual cycle and battle rhythm to keep the EC and the Institute on track. Importantly, the planning process is linked to the budget cycle which means decisions are made based on approved priorities.
