After assuming command of the Royal Australian Air Force in 2015, Air Marshal Davies published his Commander's Intent, which stated in part: Within the next ten years, we will introduce into service the F-35A Lightning II, the E/A-18G Growler, the P-8A Poseidon, the Triton UAS and a new pilot training system. Defence will introduce into service, and Air Force will support and operate, new space capabilities including a space situational awareness radar and space telescope. We will continue to evolve and develop our cyber capabilities. By 2025 the RAAF will be a truly information age air force.

One of CAF's key priorities is to transform Air Force through the implementation of Plan Jericho.

Come along and listen to what will be a fascinating and insightful talk about the Air Force's plans for the future.

Please note that the things for this event are different to our usual arrangements.  CAF's presentation will commence promptly at 1700 hours in the Theatre.  The ADC Mess will open for networking after the presentation.

Air Marshal Leo Davies joined the Royal Australian Air Force in 1979 and graduated to fly P-3B and P-3C Orion aircraft with No 11 Squadron at Edinburgh in South Australia. In 1987 he completed pilot training.  His full biography is here.
