United Service is our National Journal.
United Service is a highly professional journal published four times a year. The journal was produced by RUSI NSW for over 70 years and is now the National journal. All State and Territory RUSIs can submit articles for publication in United Service. Select the images below to download copies of United Service.

Videos
RUSIs/USI across Australia started to video presentations sporadically in 2010. In the COVID years, online presentations were all that was possible. In recent years the RUSI-NSW recorded presentations on a regular basis unless permission to publish was denied by the presenter. This coverage is now extending to the other RUSIs/USI.

Essay Competition
The Royal United Services Institute of Victoria (RUSI-V) is pleased to announce the results of its 2023 Australian Defence Force Ethics Essay Competition. The independent judging panel awarded the prize of $2,000 to Ms Emma Storey. A presentation is being arranged in Sydney. The entry of Mr John Wellfare was commended by the judges.
The RUSI-V Ethics Essay competition continued in 2024 with the topic set as "How will artificial intelligence affect the ethical conduct of the ADF in the future?"
Entries were due by 1600 hrs 29 November 2024.
