What's On in Victoria
The RUSI of Victoria holds Speaker luncheon lecture meetings (12 noon to 2.00 pm), usually on the last Thursday of the month, however this is changed to suit the convenience of the Speakers. The venue is the Shedden Auditorium on the Ground Floor, 'H' Block, Victoria Barracks, 256-310 St Kilda Road, SOUTHBANK VIC 3006.

Place:Defence Plaza – 661 Bourke Street, Auditorium One
Time: 1130 for Tea/Coffee, Lecture starts at 1200. Admission: Members & guests $5.
Topic: Mr Jon Metrikas (Manager 'The Geelong Club') will speak on 'A glimpse at the Hermit Kingdom- a layman's assessment of economic and military capacity of North Korea.
Jon is a member of the Geelong Branch of the Institute, a former member of the Army Reserve and a past manager of the Naval and Military Club.
He has been a regular traveller in our region, and offers some perceptive views formed during his recent visit to the Democratic Peoples' Republic of Korea.
